I have been to Australia many times during my 22 years in the travel industry. Probably on your list of "must do's" are Ayers Rock and the Great Barrier Reef, the beautiful city of Sydney and Kangaroo Island, the wine country of the Barossa Valley and the wild flowers of the Avon Valley. Cruise - River
River Cruising is a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of a particular region of the world while sleeping in the same bed each night!! In bygone days the rivers were the roads of the Country, so you usually dock in the heart of a city, just where you want to be. Most River Cruises include excursions to the "must see" sites, but also give you time to enjoy the local markets, culture and history of the area.
